Email our customer service team or visit the farm shop in person to notify us of your intent to return an item, providing your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, perishable food items can only be returned if they are faulty.
